We have implemented the CDC’s recommended cleaning standards for all apartments, properties, and offices.
Churchill properties offer significantly more isolation and privacy than hotels, with far less foot traffic within the building and new standards to avoid crowding in common areas.
As always, our customer service team is available by phone 24/7 to serve guests and answer any questions they may have. Our Guest Services Specialists and maintenance teams are on site to assist with any immediate requests.
Churchill employees and vendors are now required to wear masks on site or when interacting when guests. This includes cleaning and maintenance personnel and Guest Services Specialists.
Churchill employees will have their temperature checked each morning to ensure no signs of fever are present.
We have instated a 24-hour buffer period between guest check-in and check-out of apartments whenever possible.
